Coder for Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator (MAME) and front end (FE) loader related work required

Need a coder who can handle MAME and front end loader related work. It is an ongoing requirement for the right person with alot of work coming in future. General description is as follows: - Develop a service menu to make changes into .cfg files in MAME, i.e. modify number of lives, change difficulty levels. Service menu will take inputs through USB game controllers. SDL programming is required to handle USB game controller - As part of service menu, make change to binary files of the front end loader which contains game list. Games can be turned on and off through service menu and these changed will be reflected in the game list file. - Write event handlers in windows environment to run and kill MAME and front end loaders, poll USB game controllers keys and take actions of key presses. Open to negotiate solutions and require the coder to sign NDA to proceed. Previous experience in MAME/ front end loader coding/modification will be required. Flexible to discuss the pricing for the right person.
