I have a black and white "map" of pastures with approximate acres. I will send this as a pdf. I need this transferred onto google earth and have the resulting file sent to me in KML or KMZ formats. This requires manual creation of approximately 55 polygons in Google Earth Pro or Arc GIS that precisely follow existing real world fence or road boundaries. I want the shapes to be outlined in white, but not filled.
