I am having convergence problem with my model and I need someone to solve it for me. The following error message I received whenever I run the model is " ERROR: TIME INCREMENT REQUIRED IS LESS THAN THE MINIMUM SPECIFIED " More information about my model: - It consists of THREE stages. The first two stage of analysis have successfully completed and need someone to solve the convergence problem on the third stage of analysis. - Since they are all dependent on each other, I made sure all models of all stages originated from the same source. I just changed the step according to the analysis I am doing. That is why I could not figure out the problem with the third analysis since the first two analysis did just fine. - My model is 6.12 version. So you need to have this version in your computer in order to be able to open the CAE file. If you think you are capable of fixing the problem for me, please contact me ASAP. p/s: The awarded freelancer would be working on the project in the long term.

Let me introduce myself as Mechanical Engineer with expertise in Finite volume method and Finite Element Analysis. Project under discussion is inline with my experience and research work. I have expertise in ANSYS Fluent for flow analysis while I prefer ABAQUS for FEM/FEA. I have two published articles in impact factor journal. My third accepted manuscript is based on ABAQUS. I have simulated the hot and cold rolling process. The problem mentioned here can be tackled by conducted the grid independence study and evaluation of inputs given by user of solver package The convergence problem can occur due to different reasons. I offer you my expertise for this project and I would like to make further discussion on this problem. Also timeline mentioned can be narrowed. Hello, based on our experience in CAE for many years (also with Abaqus), we think we can help you... If you send us the following files • *.inp/inc files (if possible; if not possible then please send history data .. data between *STEP and *End step) • *.sta file • *.dat file we can analyze the problem and give some suggestions for fixing problems.
