Create HTML pages

Hello, I need a person good in HTML creation in order to create approx 1400 HTML pages divided by 9 languages. All pages are more or less based on the same layout as follow : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Coder should at least speak 2 languages of all languages on the site. I need a bid for **one page based** on the amount of pages that will be needed to be coded. It will be minimum 1400 pages but it should be twice... or more...
