Build a chat tool on node.js and MongoDB

Hello, We are looking for someone very experienced to build a chat tool for us. This chat tool will be built on Node.JS and MondoDB primarily. We have the chat screen mostly ready. If needed, the backend can also use Laravel (API based). This chat tool will be used on website as well as on mobile apps (iOS and Android) so has to be modular and scalable. We have technical expertise to guide the chosen developer however we wish to have someone already well versed with these things. Immediate start and good/prompt communication throughout the project is expected from the developer. Feel free to ask questions. Chat screen will be shared with the right candidates upon request.
