I'm looking for a creative animator to bring a narrative to life through an emotional 3-minute animatic, telling the story of a man missing his late wife, synced to the song "Underground" by Cody Fry. Key project specifications: - Narration Focus: There are a few key visuals that I want to be present in the story, but I'm also leaving room for some artistic interpretation and ambiguity. The story being told isn't completely clear until the end, when the man meets his wife again. - Audience: Although there are some dark undertones (death, terminal illness) this animatic should appeal to people of all ages. Please bear this in mind while developing the art style and presentation, avoiding graphic and/or sexual imagery. - Style: My preferred style for this animatic is to be simple and cartoon-like, but not alienating to adult viewers (who are the primary target audience). Does not necessarily need to be in color. Minimal backgrounds for most scenes. Ideal candidates for this project should have: • Proven experience in animatic creation • Skills in generating engaging story-centered animations • Proficiency in cartoon-like style animation • Available to discuss ideas and design I have attached images of the types of animation style I am looking for. Extra preference is given to artists with the following: * located in North America * strongly proficient in English * strong communication skills If this project speaks to your skillset, I would love to collaborate with you.
