My goal is to pull the data out of a linkedin automation tool (ulinc), integrate it (zapier) with outbound emails (snov) and a track all the actions in a crm (pipedrive). I'm looking for an automation expert with experience with: • Pipedrive - CRM Integrations • Zapier • Data Enrichment ([login to view URL] / Findthatclear) • Email verification • Email Integration (outbound) • CRM integration noting all actives and steps in the funnel Detailed scope of the project - Automate this process: Linkedin Automation: Use Ulinc for Linkedin Automation to connect with decision makers Database Integration Via Zapier Integrate with google sheets or SQL / MongoDB Data Enrichment: Find Email Addresses using enrichment tool "First Name, Last Name, and Company" into Email discovery tool (hunter / findThatLead / [login to view URL]) Validate Email (avoid bounces): ClearOut / Bounceless / [login to view URL] / FindThatLead (Check the enriched emails) Integrate with Outbound Email Tool: Import verified email to outbound tool ([login to view URL] / Woodpecker / Sendfox / other) Send sequenced outreach (I'll set this up) Capture All Actions in Pipedrive: Linkedin actions automatically synced via Ulinc or Expandi (zapier) Email outbound automatically synced via Pipedrive email tracking (zapier) Set up a few rules / conditions: If no email is found for linkedin profile, store leads in a google sheet or a database If response received, do not send follow up email #2 MUST have extensive experience with setting up actions in Zapier MUST have experience with APIs Pipedrive or similar CRM experience is a MUST Lastly, I want you to walk me through your process afterwards to show me the steps taken for setting this up.
