We created chatbot for them which provide support to visitors on site and mobile application & tell them all answers about Travel destination of India). This is a major project in Chatbot. We are doing cross device stitching of user's bucket list. New feature which make it different it from other portal is that People can add their destination on Website and mobile application from their bucket-list. Device like Google Home, Alexa are connected there. While sitting in your home, you can speak with Alexa & Google Home through portal/mobile application, they will pick destination from your bucket list since your Google login is already synced on Incredible India portal. They will choose destination based on your bucket list and Alexa, Google Home tell you more about the location you must visit, weather of location etc. B) Office Chatbot this is we developed for another client from Australia.
