Please quote for the production of part of a set of architectural construction drawings for alterations and additions to an existing, medium sized house, project 2320 using AutoCAD. Refer to the attached schedule of drawings that need to be completed. Please find attached: - an example of the level of drawing and detailing that is required, project 1717. - our current set of plans, elevations + 3 x section for this project 2320. Once the job is assigned, further details, architectural drawings + structural drawings will be provided to assist. Payments will be processed over 7 milestones with a submission and review at each stage: Milestone 1 – 33% of all 4x sections, + 66% of plans (drawings highlighted in pink) Milestone 2 – 75% of sections + 75% of elevations to reflect updated sections + 50% of stairs (drawings highlighted in orange) Milestone 3 – 75% roof, planters + balcony details, 75% of walls + brick screen details Milestone 4 – 75% of wet area layouts, 75% of window + shutter schedules (drawings highlighted in purple) Milestone 5 – 75% of RCP and electrical (drawings highlighted in blue) Milestone 6 – 75% - internal + external miscellaneous, 75% of fire place details, 75% garage + gates + 75% of spa details (drawings highlighted in yellow) Milestone 7 – 90% of all required drawings ready for final mark up Milestone 8 – 100% completion of drawings Freelancers must possess skills in architectural construction detailing for residential projects. NON ARCHITECTURAL DRAFSTMAN AND DESIGNERS SHOULD NOT BID. EXPERIENCE IN ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTING AND CONSTRUCTION DETAILS A NECESSITY. All drawings in A3 size and completed in Autocad using sheet sets. PDF and .dwg files are to be provided.
