C# to Android Port

I need to port an application called eCAMit Deluxe which was written in C# using Visual Studio 2008 with some use of Borland C Builder. The application manages the IP / CCTV cameras and allows the user to view them as well. Porting needs to be done to Android for a Tablet experience. Please find the User Manual attached to get a complete idea of the application. We DO NOT have to port all the features at once, but start with bare essential features and with every release port the remaining ones.
