Youtube Mass Downloader And Uploader Software Needed

I need a youtube mass downloader / mass uploader software where i can enter a keyword and it will download as many video as I want to get back for the download results with -video title -video descriptions -video tags after all videos are downloaded I need to mass upload them back to youtube to multiple accounts that I choose: ----I want the ability to write my own description or use the original ----I want the ability to write my own title or use the original title ----i want the ability to include my tags or use the original tags ----I want the ability to be able spin my title, tags and descriptions something like "{hey|hi|hello} this is a description" -i can enter list of accounts and specify how many videos to upload for each account -Also need the ability to put in proxies and rotate proxies Note*** -please, this project should be a easy job for a experienced programmer...
