Firmware for GPS Vehicle Tracker

I have GPS vehicle tracker with SIM900 and Arm Cortex M3 processor for which i need firmware for SMS and GPRS tracking through tcp/ip. The firmware should have all the features of a GPS vehicle tracker such as GPS Location, cell id location, Fuel Monitoring, Door, ACC, engine hours, power cut alarm, overspeed alarm,I/O port function all sms commands to do the configuration of device. Other important requirement is there should be ODOMETER function in the firmware which will accurately calculate the distance travelled by the vehicle from gps position and command to reset this odometer when needed. Also the firmware should be able to calculate the engine running hours accurately. The device has Micro SD card to store the data in case of no GSM network. Please mention your previous experience on similar project clearly with features in PM so it will be easy and quick to slect the freelancer. Thank YOu
