Facebook software for adding fans

Hello, I'm looking for a developer who can create a facebook system from where I can add fans to any fan page without need of admin access. I guess you need to have a big facebook database that has more than 100,000 users. I'm looking for the serious programmer who can do this and has a big database as I'll get it all. The system should be able to add 100k fans to a fan page in short time (24-48hours) and can run several pages at the same time. The system should make me choose the number of fans I want to each page. I already got stolen from a freelancer username named wittyDeveloper and has a second account named tonykim100. PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY PAY AFTER THE SOFTWARE IS DONE AND TESTED!
