Database data replication software

Good day, I require MS Server Program created (c, c++) that copies the content from one database to many based on the input fields and credentials. Here are the requirements: 1. Program will have a Windows Installer and Uninstaller. 2. Runs as a Windows Service and includes a Configuration application. 3. The config application allows for adding of the following entries: - database type MS SQL or MySQL - ability to add/edit/delete unlimited fields to copy from source database. - ability to add/edit/delete unlimited fields to paste into target database. - ability to specify polling frequency (ie 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, etc) - ability to add/edit/delete the credentials for each database entries. Functionality: given that MySQL and MS Sql have different field formats for such things as dates. The software needs to be able to change the format of database field in order to copy the data from one format to another. Concept: we have several types of software that needs to be able to copy data from one database to another. As an example, employees enter name, address, phone number in one system. The program takes the input and sends It to two other programs databases so their programs can access the data. The milestones would be paid as follows: - 50% paid when first task is completed and working on our system. - 75% paid when second task is compete and working on your system. - Remaining balance paid when both tasks are completed and working on our server.
