ESP32 embedded webserver

I want to use the ESP32-S3 module with a USB port for a project. The ESP32 should boot from its flash and first detect if there is a USB pendrive plugged into it. If so it should copy two files - the executable file and the .HTML file from the pendrive to its flash. Then it should reboot, obviously now ignoring the pendrive and run a HTTPs secure webserver over WiFI in AP (access point) mode. Once a user logs in, the HTML file (about 250k) is served to the user, along with the application data from a 16384 byte RAM array on the ESP32 using the Websocket API. Changes made on the webpage by the user, usually using an Android tablet, also using the WebSocket API are stored in the RAM array, and also sent over the SPI bus to the rest of the system. At powerdown, indicated on a GPIO, the ESP32 needs to save the RAM array to flash. If the file from the pendrive keeps crashing, it should revert to the previous executable which is also saved in the flash filing system. System needs to run fairly quickly so proper C/C++ please, not Arduino, using the official API on the [login to view URL] website. Obviously you need to have an ESP32-S3 based module so please don't bid if you don't have one. The standard and S2 based modules aren't powerful enough (tried with a previous Freelancer project before S3 released) I've just put this in the first price range so that people don't just bid the maximum amount but it obviously will cost more than this so please give an accurate quote, detailing your experience with the ESP32.
