Hi there, I'm a UK/European developer with extensive Windows experience. Should be able to develop this for you, with minimal fuss Can I ask, do you want this monitoring application to be a desktop application, OR.. a background process with no GUI (that can be launched at Windows start-up, perhaps).. OR.. a Windows Service?? Also, can I ask- what kind of auto-restart eevnts do you want to cater for? All of them, or ones that happen, say after: a) a Windows Update happens b) a software or anti-virus happens c) or other timed events(timed restarts as set up by user/admin) etc?
