Build me interactive Windows service in c# .net

Hello. I am system developer with more than 12 years of work. I use C/C++/C#/Java/Nodejs in my projects. The service is launched in session zero and interaction with the user session is limited in order to increase the security of the system. Windows services have such a function as interactive interaction, but in practice this does not work very well and this possibility may be removed in future versions of Windows. Also, this only works for the user's console session. For example, if you work through the RDP, then such interaction cannot be done. This problem is solved in a completely different way.
