statistical encoders project report - open to bidding

The project details is very brief Aim: Present a thorough analysis and use of different entropy encoders, including Shannon/Fano, enhanced Fano, Huffman, Adaptive Huffman and Arithmetic Coding. Develop a tutorial in Matlab on Statistical Coders. The major part was already done, which is the Creating the interface, and detailed report of that was already created as well.
