Minecraft Plugin help

The number of times I've setup the plugins you're wanting is absurd. I'm not even sure I could count it using both hands anymore. I've been creating plugins for over 3 years now. Whenever something that you would like in your server does not yet exist on bukkit and spigot I can create you a custom plugin with that specific feature. During my time in Minecraft I have created several networks and a lot of minigames.
