Dear Sir or Madam, I am software engineer with a solid background in Python/C++ programming, including programming embedded devices. However I am new on freelancer.com hence I do not have any opinions here, I can assure you that I am highly disciplined person and you will not regret choosing me. For this project I would use Scapy Python package for sending probe requests to mobile devices around. Do you need some more advanced tracking, including positioning devices using triangulation?
