Find us a suitable CRM Cloud and Implement?

Hi My names Savvas Loizou, I work for a UK based company who sells parts for domestic appliances! We are seeking to find someone who can help us extract data from csv files into a CRM system. The absolute essential requirement is to remind existing clients when they should consider replacing a Water Filter item when it is due for replacement. This single overriding requirement can be met in several ways and will itself generate other requirements. In addition I has made known several non-functional requirements which would help with the general management of clients. We are looking for someone to help us extract customer data from csv files, into a CRM system. We need someone to help us find the best CRM cloud system, and extract the data or help us build one! However once the data has been extracted into the CRM cloud system to be able to do the following functions: Fridge Filter Shop sells spare parts for kitchen appliances, which have a serviceable life span of 3,6,9 or 12 months. Sales are managed by two internet Shops, both provided by EKM POWERSHOP. Fridge Filter Shop's Clients will potentially have purchased from and be known in the electronic records of both shops but with different reference numbers allocated by EKM, for example the same person has duplicated unique identities. Additionally, no controls or matching postcode with surname is done when purchases are made and therefore, even in the same shop, clients details may be duplicated. Approximately 50 products are marketed but no unique product code is used, just a description. New versions of the same functional product are not distinguished from the original in any strict regime but usually by changing the description, such as “New or Improved..etc..” We need an Ease of implementation. Therefore we need help in Selecting a solution that is easy to install, integrate, and test, so we don’t have to devote our limited IT resources to a long deployment. Or if, possible helping us to advise us on choosing a hosted solution that will get us up-and-running quickly, with minimal burden on IT staff. The following points summarise requirement guidelines:- Essential:- Record details of clients and allow changes to information stored Allow uploading of client information from spreadsheet/csv file Allow for changes in format of input files containing client data. Assist with reducing duplicate persons when uploading from file Record details of last purchase, (date and item) for each client Automatically generate emails to clients when their last purchase date is more than 3/6/9 + months old Protect access to the system and data with username and password Have a super user who manages creation and access permissions of all other users. Allow attachments to be made to emails Support regular newsletters or general publicity emails Allow variable information to be extracted from data stored and included in body of email Be Web Based and support access from anywhere in the World Restrict dump off of client details to avoid mailing list theft Maintain a history, with notes/comments of all contacts made with clients, whether individual or automatic emails, phone calls in or out, any other contact Generate customisable reports which help manage aspects of sales and marketing contacts. Facility to print off set of individual customers details for meetings etc Facility to make a back up of all information stored Facility to dump off all information stored to ensure that other software products can be used in the future. Record details of all purchases made by client (date and The uploaded data is from EKM POWERSHOP B (WHich is our second shop). The First Shop EKM POWERSHOP A which has around 45,000 customer data I can send next time!
