Simple CRM Help Needed

Hello Thank you for your interest in this. I need help to set up a very simple customer relationship management tool. This is my basic business: My business is set up such that when customers visit our offices, we take their details and schedule future visits. My customers are students looking for universities. When they first come, we have a session where we give them some information and then schedule further meetings. At each of these further meetings we coach the students through their college applications, test taking, etc etc. Finally, the students are then accepted/not accepted into a university and our contact with the students comes to a formal end. I need to set up a very simple system that will be able to capture each student's data from the day they come in, through every subsequent visit until the end. The information will be like: -Student name -Biometric information -University course and choice, and other related info. -Date of scheduled meetings, test taking, etc etc We also need to have the system send reminders via email to our staff so that they can follow up leads with the students. For example, if a student fails to show up for a meeting, the system should send an email to our administrators who can then contact the student for follow up. So basically a reminder system. The system also needs to be web-based so that it is accessible from everywhere. Our administrators should be able to log in to check on student information, upcoming events (e.g. meetings, tests, etc), and other information. I also need all of this to be as simple as possible. Please bid if you are interested and have sufficient experience in this kind of work. I also posted this in the USD 750 bracket but if you feel it should cost some other amount, kindly tell me.
