I'm a Customer Service Representative for more than 5 years,where i experienced different customers with different personalities with different scenarios. I usually receive 100 plus calls a day. Concerns are; Complains about the service, billing issues, tech problems, sales call and lets include prank calls. And yes those several concerns that i need to be calm and professional all the time!It is my responsibility to give a good customer service, provide them with efficient and prompt service by diligently listening to their needs, determining how I can fulfill those needs, doing what's necessary to meet their expectations and giving them satisfactory experience. I’m very flexible with working hours, no complains, no buts!And im very loyal, once i started working fulltime,I dedicate my time and effort to that company. I manage customer queries and complaints. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. I acknowledge customers complaints.
