My current position allows me to support upper management in providing written feedback for over 300 sales agents per month and provide coaching on better customer service and sales practices. Previous to my current position, I was a customer service agent and sales representative, and all of my interactions with customers were done through phone. I have over eight years' experience in customer service along with over three years of experience in sales, appointment setting, advertising, auditing and filing customer information, and providing translation services in Spanish. I have more than three years of experience in data collection, data entry and data interpretation as a part of my requirements for my BA in psychology. I also apply basic psychology to business as I know that understanding how the human mind works can be used as a tool to generate better business and better business practices. I am reliable, detail oriented and efficient. I have excellent written and verbal speaking skills and am, therefore, proficient in e-mail. I have been utilizing Excel and Microsoft Word for 16 years and I learn new systems with ease. I am currently available M-F in the evenings after 4:30 pm MST and have free availability on the weekends. Depending on time needed to be spent on this work my pay rate could be flexible.
