We are urgently developing a comprehensive marketing analytics tool designed to integrate data from various advertising platforms, website activity, CRM, and Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP) to provide a unified view of marketing performance. We require a highly skilled and efficient Data Engineer or Architect who can handle data export processes, model and create tables and entity relationships, and develop an efficient and scalable database within a tight one-month deadline.
### Responsibilities:
- Data Integration: connect and streamline data from multiple sources including ad platforms (like Google Ads, Facebook), website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and MAPs (e.g., HubSpot).
- **Accelerated Database Design:** Design and implement a robust and scalable database that supports efficient data aggregation and analysis, within a short timeframe.
- Entity-Relationship Modeling: Develop and finalize a comprehensive ER diagram that illustrates the database structure and supports urgent marketing analytics requirements.
- Efficient Data Export and ETL Processes: Set up and manage the rapid export of data from various platforms using APIs. Develop and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to clean, transform, and load data into the database swiftly.
- Documentation: Produce concise and clear documentation on the data architecture, ER diagrams, and ETL processes to support ongoing maintenance and scalability.
- Collaborative and Rapid Execution: Work closely with the project manager and other team members to ensure alignment of the database design with business requirements and analytics goals, within the stipulated time frame.
#Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Data Engineer, Database Architect, or similar role with a strong focus on rapid project execution.
- Expertise in handling tight deadlines and delivering complex projects quickly.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and experience with RESTful services.
- Proficient in relational database design and development, preferably with experience in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with ETL tools and processes under strict time constraints.
- Familiarity with CRM and MAP platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Capable of creating detailed entity-relationship diagrams and data flow diagrams quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
