Monitor web pages all browsers simple Win app

I need unit/function with sample simple app to store(monitor) visited websites, Method: universal, must work with all todays browsers with older as well would be good. Should work even on limited privileges (UAC) Simple function, write in window log and txt log file visited webstites, (clicked adresses also not only written in adress bar) must store actual system Date/time beside each adress Possible to compile r Delphi
