Who We Are MaidThis! is a tech-enabled cleaning company that focuses on cleaning vacation rentals (i.e. Airbnb apartments). We are based on Southern California and are expanding to San Francisco, so we're looking for a local operations manager! This job is part-time! You'll be the key contact for our SF customers (mainly property managers) if they have questions/problems, interact with and manage the cleaners, and do quality checks to ensure the cleaners did a good job on their cleanings. Ideal Candidate This job is ideal for people looking for part-time and flexible work during the day! You need to be great with communication and staying on top of tasks. Applicant must have a car and be tech-savvy (will be answering emails, texts, problem-solving, etc). Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus! Duty #1: Quality Checks! After our cleaners are done with cleanings, we need to send someone to do quality checks a few times a week to make sure the cleaning is done properly. We need someone who is based in San Francisco to do this task maybe 3-4 times per week. Duties: 1. Person will need to do quality checks on some of these units every week. 2. Person will possibly swing by laundromats around town and check our inventory. 3. Person will possibly be available to conduct in-person interviews with cleaner candidates (if needed). Hours of Operations: random days but around 3pm each time. Duty #2: Managing Cleaners! - Making sure quality is up to par for cleaners - Hiring new cleaners when demand grows - Assigning cleanings to our cleaners through our software Duty #3: Customer Service! You'll be the go-to contact for our customers (who are mainly property manages). They'll contact you for schedule changes, last minute problems, etc.
