Macro to evaluate number, create new cells and verify formula

I have an Excel file that contains transactions from two different systems (left and right). Both systems should contain the same transactions but often do not. In the example, Columns A through H contain the first set of data (with H being the key value that is calculated), column J through O contains the second set of data (with column J being the key data that is calculated). The left side and the right side are sorted based on the key values independently high to low. A middle column, I has the variance between the left side and the right side. If there is a value, the left and right side is mismatched because of a missing value from either the left or the right side. If the value is positive, e.g 1234.99 a new row of cells needs to be created on the left hand side only (A through G) pushing the other content down. If the value is negative and in parentheses, e.g. (1234.99) the new row should be created on the right hand side only (K through O). The macro should start at a given row that the user should be able to define (say row 10) and move down until there is no more data. In between each row, and before each row check, the macro should ensure that the formula in H & J is correct for the row being operated on. Essentially, you assume that the formulas in the first row of data are correct (say row 10 in our example) and just calculate that the formula is correct, or rebuild it for the current row.
