Excel Macro VB Script to delete rows based on cell criteria for selected range of cells

(step-1) I need a macro or VB script for excel that will hide or delete the entire row of a spreadsheet/worksheet based on a criteria of column H. The criteria for column H is this: If column H is not a number between 0 to 200, that entire row containing the value outside the range (0-200) is to be removed (either hidden or deleted). It doesn’t matter which one; delete or hide is the same to me. (step-2) Secondly, I would like to delete column G. In other words, column H will now be in column G. I don’t care how this is accomplished. Either delete column G or cut column H contents and paste into column G. I have no use for the content originally in column G. Step 2 can happen before step 1, if necessary. (step-3) Lastly, I need for the above requirements to work for any range of rows I select from column A through H. (step-4) If possible, can we then clear the contents of columns A, B, E, and F for the initially selected range of cells? Please see attachment for a visual idea of the project. Note: step-2 is not critical. I will need the script and instructions on how to install and use the it.
