Illustrate A Black and White Fantasy Fairy Costume

We already have a black and white sketch of a beautiful tier level rose petal character fairy dress we will provide you as a guide. You'll illustrate another very similar fantasy fairy dress for our other similar fairy world character. The difference is we would like long thin beautiful curvy wavy shaped edges along free flowing scarves from her waist all the way to the very ground (something like with toule transparent scarf material), so when she flies, the scarfs will be flowing in the wind and her wings fluttering (no need to draw her wings)! Also you'll draw the actual dress with a different kind of curvy shaped flower petal besides rose. Otherwise the dress will pretty much be the same shape, volume, size, length, look and character as the sketch we provide. Feel free to dramatize and improve our dress with your sketch (but it must look similar). No need to color it, no need to draw a character body, only draw the costume with delightful fantasy matching fairy shoes. We really need a high quality black and white sketch please!
