I have designed, built and successfully tested a ground vehicle robot for educational purposes about a year ago. My price includes the mechanical + electronics CAD design for a ground robot built out of mostly readily available parts. The robot has 3 wheels; 1 swivel wheel and 2 motor-controlled wheels. Includes frame, motors, wheels+tires and motor controllers. The motor controller can be connected to a USB port to control the motors (for example to program the robot). The robot frame is a custom design which can be manufactured using injection molding or 3D printing. If you prefer I can provide you with a prototype for the additional cost consisting of the material costs.
