Transform C++ source code to Java package -- 2

I need someone that will create me a java package from provided c++ code. The c++ code is currently in a format that can be very hard to read/follow because it was reversed engineered from a very old dll. I NEED: 1. The c++ to be refactored into Java. 2. The Java code must be able to convert a provided byte array into another byte array. 3. I will provide the input and expected output for the package I will provide the input as a file (.wi) file, and the output array also as a file (.raw) There is no need to know what the contents of these files are. I only need the output to be exactly the same as the bytes in the .raw file. I've added a file [login to view URL] that is a sample of the c++ code. The C++ code is currently runnable, but I don't need you to run it, or compile it. All I need is for the c++ code to be rewritten in Java.
