Looking to have patent a niche product that I would like to manufacture. It is a skin care serum that I am introducing to the markets in North America, and prior to getting the formulas made I need to secure the details. If you are able to assist me with writing a contract for a Non-Disclosure Agreement that I would present to the manufacturer I can provide an additional milestone to have it all taken care of.

I have an engineering degree and a law degree. I have done a three-year course in intellectual property. I have drafted several patents that have been granted by the United States Patent Office. Relevant Skills and Experience I assisted a client in an office action of patent by the examiner at US Patent Office. The patent was granted.
