This task involves game theory and probabilistic models. Not just that, but designing the maze mathematically and additional randomisation adds complexity. Recursive, dead-end, pledge are just some numerical methods algorithms. But, the analysis will involve dynamic programming, and probability with game theory to design a goal and trajectory for each case. It also depends on how you want the maze to be?
