I need a crestron developer

I have Crestron CP3, That is connected to HVAC through BackNet protocol communication is fine and reading as well, just customer need to do below 1- Matching the set point + & - with thermostat, Description: we have thermostat with setpoint 0.1, that is almost matching with thermostat, but the reading come's without "." so the number is like that 162 d, but it should be 16.2 $ "how can I do that" 2- Also, we need to set the temperature to be 0.5 degree not same as the thermostat Example: as we have right now, the thermostat is changing degree from 16.1 to 16.2 in one step, so each step will change 0.1, and crestron is receiving that like below 161 d changed to 162 d so crestron also can be modified that signal by 1 d "using analog module" but to match customer requirement we have to do same as below example thermostat is changing temperature from 16.2 to 16.3 in one step, crestron is receiving that changes like this 162 d changed to 163 d so, crestron should change that reading when we are pressing setpoint + to be like that 163 to 165 So, see also below examples any number like this 161, 162, 163 & 164 Should be change to 165 166, 167, 168 & 169 should be change to 170 160 should be change to 165 "How can I do that?"
