I’ve read your project description and can see that you’d like to build a Macro which can run automatically each time when the Microsoft Access Database starts to add new Email addresses from Sent Items of your Outlook 2013 which are not exist in the existing 3 tables of Microsoft Access Database with some addition details like first name, last name, company etc...
I am able to complete all other tasks you described in your project description like the data will store in two different table The "private" "not customer" addresses shall be fed to (table 1) and the rest of the email addresses shall be fed to (table 2). and users will be able to access the database from network, if there is no network connection available the application will display a message that the database is not connected to server and it will stop the further process.
I have 6 years experience designing and developing Microsoft Access Application and able to write complected VBA Code.
