Grab email adresses using a VBA macro from a specific folder in Outlook and feed them to an access database

Project: Create a VBA macro module to be used in Outlook (Office 2013). The macro code shall automatically start everytime the software is started. The macro code shall pull out all the email adresses in the sent folder and match against 3 access tables (table 1, table 2 and table 3). If the adresses is not found in any of theses 3 access tables the adress shall appear in a pop up window. (10 adresses in the popup window). The user shall then add data for each row containing the email adress. Each row shall contain one new uniqe email adress + the following fileds, country, language, first name, last name, company name. All fields needs to be filled in. Country and language shall be drop down menys based on information stored in access tables (table country and table langage). The user shall also be able to choose a checkbox saying that the emailadress is private or not customer, in that case no information would need to be filled in such as country etc. When all the rows are filled in by the user (max 10 rows) the user can choose to continue with the next 10 rows or to continue the next time the outlook software starts. The data that has been filled in shall be fed to 2 different tables. The "private" "not customer" adresses shall be fed to (table 1) and the rest of the email adresses shall be fed to (table 2). The databases are stored in a server that the user can access only if he/she is located within the network so if no connection is possible the script shall end before trying to connect to the databases.
