Add Here map or mapbox on react native mobile app

We looking for a card specialist GPS maps to integrate it in the new version of our application in react native. You must be a GPS specialist, not a Google Maps integrator. Currently we have a GPS device for pets that sends the data to our server with Here map or mapbox. We need: 1. Real-Time Map Display: Display the current location of the pet on the map in real-time using GPS coordinates provided by the connected device. 2. Geofencing (and Geofencing mobile) : Define virtual zones around specific locations (such as the owner's home) and trigger notifications when the pet enters or exits these zones. 3. Custom Routes: Allow users to plan routes for their pets, display these routes on the map, and provide instructions for following them. 4. Points of Interest (POI): Integrate information about pet-related places of interest, such as dog parks, veterinary clinics, pet stores, etc., on the map. 5. Location-Based Notifications: Set up alerts that are triggered when the pet enters or exits specific areas on the map, such as safety zones or walking zones. 6. Real-Time Location Sharing: Allow users to share the real-time location of their pet with others for collaborative monitoring. 7. Weather Overlays: Integrate weather data on the map to help users plan activities based on weather conditions. 8. History: Display the pet's travel history on the map, showing where the pet has been over time with custom time. 9. Push Notifications: Send push notifications to inform users of important events, such as unusual activity alerts or care reminders. 10. Customizable Map Settings: Offer users the ability to customize map settings, such as map type (satellite, terrain, etc.) and displayed information layers. 11. AR activation: When you enable navigation to a destination in Maps, add option to use the AR function by "Live View camera".
