Desktop Content Uniqueness Comparing Software Needed

************************************************************************ NOTE: (All Bidders Please Read ALL Of The Job Description Before Bidding) ************************************************************************ Hi guys, I am looking for a quality programmer, good with desktop application design. The winning bidder will create a simple application that will be able to load similar file types (txt, doc, etc) and compare them for uniqueness, via a simple number(%) display. The program only needs to compare files that will contain text, as it will be used to compare uniqueness of different articles. Ideally I would like the program to be able to load up to at least 5 seperate files at the same time, using the familiar windows open folder/select file type setup. I guess when doing multiple files, there would be 1 main file, and the rest would be compared to the main, in terms of a level of uniqueness. The program would then go to work, and show the results of each file, and how unique it is compared to the "main file", as a clear number % display next to each selected file. So that's the gist of it for now, the winning bidder should have the initiative to be able to work further with me, on the final functionality of the program, to make it as good as possible. The program would need to generally work on all recent versions of windows (XP, Vista and 7) and would need to be a very clean, well designed bit of code/programming work, so as to avoid freezing, etc. This program will be used to give away to clients, so I want it to reflect quality back to me, in other words, it need to look nice, and be tight, with no bugs.. I would not expect to have to dish out more than $75-100 for this project, but I am willing to hear what you think.
