Justin tv Livestream Viewer Increaser

I would like a program that is simple, easy to use, I can simply insert the url of which i wish to be viewed and the # of times. The only thing is, in order for the page to count it as a live viewer the livestream video actually has to be playing, for me to open 30 tabs in my browser is not only a pain but lags my computer insanely.
