Webservice Client in PHP (Axis2) and/or C# POLISH - SImple

I need someone to write for me two simple Webservice Clients, one in PHP and the other in C#. It could be one person or two (one for every language). I will give you credentials and address of Webservice Server and all you need to do is to write for me software which will connect with the server, send simple request (request without arguments) and receive the response. Server is written in Spring WS. I will provide you all materials and tips how you need to log in (type of password and header look). The person will be legally hired with contract of specified work in my company. Company is in Poland so you have to be Polish or you need to have polish taxpayer's identification number. Please bid and remember that the price you give will be written in the legally contract which reflects tax from 50% amount. When you bid please let me know which language PHP or/and C# and how much time you will need to do that.
