Java Server Development

We need a GOOD Java Developer for a Server Project. The person must be good in all server issues like load balancing, scalability, high reliability, and overall good coding practicies. The project powers live video and audio stream, with alot of client interactivity to logically push and receive data in the right manner. The project is started, so we just need someone to take over and complete it with another developer. This project requires fulltime work for approx 30 days.
