PHP / MySQL Data Lookup / Validation

We have an html page that has 7 check boxes set in a table. There are two parts to the project as follows;- 1. The first part is to validate the check boxes dynamically - there are 4 in the top section of the page - only one of these can be selected at any one time - so if one is selected it must cancel the previous selection. In the lower section of the page, there are three check boxes - any combination of these three can be selected - but the selection of any one or combination will cancel the selection from the top section. 2. We wish to validate the selection of check boxes when the page is loaded against data contained within two tables in one MySQL database. We will provide the structure and example data from the SQL database for your testing - on your own installation of MySQL. The full specification of this section of work is contained in the attchment - there is a PDF detailing the required lookup and flow. ## Deliverables We are looking for a coder that is conversant in programming PHP and JAVA in conjunction with MySQL. Please do not bid on the project if you are unable to prove the functionality in your own environment. Substantial changes to the existing code must be verified with us before proceeding.
