Year, Make, Model Search

I am looking for someone to implement search feature on an oscommerce based website that allows a customer to search by vehicle year, make, model. We currently have a database with over 20,000 product ID’s lots of duplicates because parts fit for more than 1 vehicle. I’m looking for a fully functional and adaptive search feature. Most wheels fit 5 or 6 diffrent year, make , models. im looking for someone for a continued relationship for many more projects.
