Java Chained Selects, Year Make & Model

I am looking for someone to implement search feature on an oscommerce based website that allows a customer to search by vehicle year, make, model. We currently have a database with over 20,000 product ID’s lots of duplicates because wheels fit for more than 1 vehicle. I’m looking for a fully functional and adaptive search feature. Most wheels fit 15 diffrent year, make , models. See attachment. This project was not finished from previous programmer you can visit website at ecustomwheels.com. Some programming may already be done. May be quick and easy fix. I have excell spreadsheet that has all the year make, model, bolt pattern, offset. that will be in the drop down list. Ive tried to give a complete details of what I need in the attachment. please message me if you have any questions or need clarifications.
