Clone Website

I need a working Netvibes clone, site need to work like netvibes (add rss feeds,weather,mail,etc) the site should have tab support like netvibes, the option to change the site style (and ready for multilanguage) 1)should work on IE6.0,IE7.0,Firefox2.0 2)should have and admin to add feeds, and manage users etc. Would like it in PHP.
