construction work quotation calculator

I am looking for someone who can build a quote calculator to calculate a price for domestic construction work. The work offered for quotation varies from tiling, flooring, plastering, etc. and any combiniation of work. The pricing and rules will depend on the number of rooms, square meters, materials used, timing, etc. The business rules and prices should be flexible and maintainable outside of the calculator (in database). The quotation should be saved together with the potential customer data (email, name, etc.) in the database. The quotation should be emailed to the visitor. The data model, code etc. should be in English but the frontend has to be in Dutch (or flexible for allowing different translations) ## Deliverables This work is for one of my existing clients. I do not have the capacity to program the product myself but will manage requirement gathering, development and delivery.
