Squirrelmail design + design on signup/login page

I need someone to make an attractive skin for Squirrelmail and the signup / login-page. It should be clean, yet professional. I would like a combination of the hotmail and gmail interface. It's great if you're used to this kind of projects, but a good webdesigner works too.
