I need form functions for my website. I already have a 'quote' form where a user can submit minimal details so that I can return a quote for services. I would like for the user to be able to accept the quote and complete the booking online through my 'Book-It' form. Other details: My website is a GoogleSite hosted on my domain, but GoogleSites do not support PHP & SQL. My forms are with JOTFORM, but I have the source codes. I have an account set up with Google App Engine, Cloud SQL, & MySQL dashboard. I want to accomplish: hosting my forms on my own cloud server, store form data in Cloud SQL, Have Forms Populate Data upon unique Id or Reference# entry, & achieve a full functioning check out with a few different variables affecting final cost, and a few different payment options. I am signed up with Authorize.net.
