Landing Page Coding Needed (Mockup Provided)

Important: We already have the design for the website up. We have the mockup. So we only need you to code this. It is a landing/sales page. It also need to have a payment processing page that redirects to a confirmation/thank you page. Required Features: -shopping cart/opt-in form to capture leads -must integrate with Paypal Pro shopping cart Must be done within a week from being awarded the project.
