Adjust Screen Size View of XML/Flash webpage

I had one webpage made with Flash / HTML on rentacoder. And the coder was unable to make the size parameters of the page consistent from browser to browser or across different viewing screen sizes. So for instance, if do not? have my browser full screen - my photos on my webpage become stretched and shrunk...and look distorted. I am a photographer and need the Flash pictures to stay in the same aspect ratio throughout without being stretched and shrunk when the viewer has a different screen size. Currently my site is here [[login to view URL]][1] However I want it o look more like this in regards to phot? size, and the aspect ratio stays the same when viewing on different displays. Wheras mine stretches the photos. <[login to view URL]> Also I would like the font changed to the same as the sample site. Please do not bid if you do not understand what I am tlaking about.
